Our Commitment to You During COVID-19
We are OPEN and are very thankful to our team members and the community who have made this possible. We are so blessed to have many tasting locations available to us that have outdoor seating and patios. This has allowed us to create an all “outdoor” Wine & Food Walking Tour experience in downtown Healdsburg, CA to share with you since our reopening on June 16, 2020.
Prior to the reopening of our Wine & Food Tours, we established a new set of safety guidelines to ensure your safety, the safety our guides, tour partners and the members of our community. It is our goal not only to create an environment for the well-being of our guests but to also offer you peace of mind and an experience where you can relax and take in all the beauty the Wine Country has to offer.
Daily, we monitor the state, county and city health official policies and procedures regarding the travel & tourism/hospitality industry, specifically tasting rooms, restaurants, art galleries, wineries, hotels, tour activities, spas and shops. We update our guidelines to reflect the most current safety measures we have implemented.

- Reduced Tour Group Size: Each public tour can have a maximun of 6 guests. If you prefer, we can arrange a private tour for you. Please call to discuss the details. We can only accommodate groups larger than 6 guests if they are a private party.
- Tasting Experience Safety:
- We currently are only offering tastings with our tour partners that provide an outdoor dining space to allow for a safe tasting experience.
- To ensure our safety commitment to you is upheld, we regularly review the safety practices of our tour partners with ours.
- Reservations are required at all our tasting locations to ensure there are a limited number of guests. This allows for everyone to adhere to the establishment’s social distancing requirements.
- The wine and food is offered and distributed according to the regulations provided by the local health officials and is reviewed frequently.
- Disposable placemats are used and every table is properly disinfected prior to your arrival.
- Our Policy regarding wearing Face Masks: We are following the recommendations of local, state and federal health officials. Our guides, as well as the servers at the establishments we visit, are wearing masks during your tour. We require our guests to furnish their own masks and wear them when they arrive and when walking with us during the tour. When seated for tastings, masks are removed.
- Social Distancing Practice: During the tour, our guides remain 6 feet apart as recommended by the CDC and will continue to encourage all guests to do the same when walking.
- PPE is available to all our Guests: Our guides carry extra masks if the mask you brought needs to be replaced. Hand sanitizer is also available for our guests from your guide and also at the locations we visit. Bathrooms are available at some locations.
- Daily Guide Check In: Daily we are checking in with our guides in the morning to ensure they are not showing any symptoms. If it is determined your guide can not lead your tour, we will make every effort to have one of our other guides host your tour. If we are unable to do this, you will be notified immediately to reschedule your tour or we will issue you a full refund.
Cancellation Policy Update: We’ve also made changes to our cancellation policy. We are happy to offer you the flexibility to reschedule your tour, if notified 72 hours prior to the start of your tour, you will receive a full credit. If you prefer, you can transfer your tour. We’ll be glad to send you a gift certificate. We unfortunately are unable to offer any refunds for any reason other than a government shutdown and appreciate your understanding.
