You’ll meet your friendly guide in historic Healdsburg Plaza. After a brief orientation of the town, you’ll be whisked off to your first Wine and Food Pairing experience where you will enjoy a seated pairing of boutique Sonoma County wines along with pairings you may never have thought would work together!

Then it’s on to your second of three winery visits where you’ll enjoy another unique wine and food pairing. Enjoy a collection of Italian, maybe French wines paired with local ingredients from Sonoma County farmers and purveyors.

Continue to tantalize your taste buds, with a visit to the local tea shop to cleanse your palette in preparation for your next wine and food pairing. Here you’ll enjoy the aromas and tastes of several freshly made teas.

At your next stop, enjoy a tastings of several boutique wines creatively balanced with unique dishes.

Each pairing throughout the day will make you rethink the way you experience food and wine together. For example, did you know Merlot has a very linear flavor profile which pulls out the most dominate ingredient in the dish?

Listen to the winemakers and their families as they share their stories, passion and unparalleled love of the fertile land they call home.  Many having European roots, not only in blood but in stock too!
