Join us as we experience the Art of Wine and Food pairings in a fun and casual way. Discover for yourself why certain wines taste better with specific foods. We’ve partnered with local wineries and food artisans, to offer you a wonderful arrangement of unique tastings.
You’ll meet your friendly guide at the Gazebo in historic Healdsburg Plaza. After a brief orientation of the town, you’ll be whisked off to your first experience where you will enjoy a seated pairing of boutique Sonoma County wines along with pairings you may never have thought would work together!
Each pairing throughout the day will make you rethink the way you enjoy wine and food together. We’ll introduce you to a very simple technique which will take your wine and food pairing experience to the next level, guaranteed! For example, did you know Merlot has a very linear flavor profile which pulls out the most dominate ingredient in the dish?
Here, it all comes together. At every seated wine and food pairing, the tasting experience is enhanced by adding additional flavors such as spices, jams, and local cheeses, allowing you to truly experience the art of wine and food pairing your way.
